How does Our Beauty Plan work?
When you purchase an account with Our Beauty Plan, a customized profile is built for your medspa. Using the custom link provided to you, you’ll access your dashboard directly within your web browser from any device.
How much does it cost?
Depending on the size of your medspa and number of providers, Our Beauty Plan offers a tiered pricing model beginning at $249 per month. We require a one-time onboarding fee in order to set up your customized profile. The onboarding fee is collected during your initial purchase and covers your first month’s subscription.
How do I set up my account?
It’s easy! A member of our team will contact you to initiate the onboarding process. During this quick and simple process, we collect the necessary data from you to customize your profile. Once your profile is complete, we provide you with your custom link and you can begin creating consultations right away!
How do I make changes to my account?
In order to make changes to your account, such as adding or removing users, patients, areas of concerns, treatments, or skincare products, please contact us at support@ourbeautyplan.com and we’ll assist you right away.
How many users can my medspa have?
There is no limit to the amount of users your account can have. We strongly recommend you only grant access to medical providers in your practice. Administrative staff should not require access.
Can I upload photos of my patients?
Absolutely! You may upload five photos per consultation.
How long will you maintain my patient records?
While we do conduct regular backups of the data collected, it is your responsibility to maintain copies of your patient’s records in the electronic medical record system your practice uses.
How do I reset my password?
Click “Forgot Password” on the login screen and follow the prompts in order to reset your password.
Why am I getting an error message?
If you get an error at any time during the consultation flow, please ensure that you have input all of the required information before advancing to the next screen. If the problem persists, please contact support@ourbeautyplan.com and we will assist you.
Why didn't my patient get their email?
In some cases, emails sent to your patients with a link to their consultation may end up in their spam folder. Please have them check their spam folder or resend the email from the patient dashboard.
Is Our Beauty Plan HIPAA Compliant?
Our Beauty Plan makes every effort to protect personal health information under HIPAA guidelines. Please review our privacy policy for more information regarding HIPAA compliance.
Will you integrate with my Electronic Medical Record System?
We currently do not integrate with any electronic medical record system. It is your responsibility to upload your consultations to the electronic medical record system used in your practice.
