What's new in Our Beauty Plan

Our biggest release yet. Phased, long-term treatment plans now come together on a single board in a few minutes — drag treatments in from your library, and everything about them is already set up and waiting. Start here for the tour.

The new board-style plan builder, with phases side by side and a running plan total
The new board-style plan builder, with phases side by side and a running plan total

One board, one consult

The builder is now a board. Each phase is a column, and you drag and drop treatments straight from your treatment library into the phase they belong to. The plan total recalculates as you go. Nothing is hidden behind a next button — the whole plan is visible at once while you are still talking to the patient.

  1. Phases are columns. Add as many as the plan needs, in any order, and drag a treatment between them.
  2. Every treatment card arrives complete — description, downtime and side effects, cadence, units, price and concern tags all come from the catalog.
  3. You can still change pricing and apply discounts on the fly, per plan.
  4. Phase subtotals and the plan total update live. You never quote from memory or from a calculator.
  5. Photos, the provider note and the send step all live in the same screen as the board.
NoteThere is no migration step for you. Plans built in the old wizard are still readable, and any plan you already sent stays open at the same link for your patient.

Set it up once, then breeze through

Descriptions, downtime and side effects, cadence, default units and concern tags all live in the treatment catalog and arrive complete on every card. The work is done before the patient sits down.

You are never locked in: pricing and discounts stay adjustable on the fly, and you can reword a description or downtime note for a particular patient. Cadence is the one field owned by the catalog, so the clinical interval stays consistent across every provider.

Spend twenty minutes in the catalog with your real prices and default units, and every consult after that is dragging cards into phases.

Also new in this release

  1. Phased plans by default — the patient sees what to book first and how to budget across the whole plan, instead of one intimidating total.
  2. Concerns are now tags on each treatment, added or removed from the catalog rather than typed per plan.
  3. Everyone manages their own profile: headshot, credentials and a short clinician bio that personalizes every plan they sign.
  4. Product images are live, so patients can see products and purchase them directly from the plan.
  5. Practice analytics on plans and bookings, and user management from your own dashboard — no support request needed to add a provider.
